Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your training equipment; if you are not happy with your Open Goaaal purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and in resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully disassemble the goal and place all components, including netting and hardware, back into the original shipping boxes to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment for completeness, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
